Biography

 Elaina Gable is a violinist passionate about preserving the emotional power and relevance of classical music through performance as a soloist as well as collaboratively as a chamber and orchestral musician. Through solo work and outreach concerts with various chamber ensembles such as Mount Vernon Virtuosi and the Daphnis Quartet, she aims to share her love for music by increasing easy access to quality classical performances. Elaina frequently performs with orchestras such as the Baltimore Symphony, Charleston Symphony, and New World Symphony, and has held Concertmaster and Principal positions with the Peabody Symphony Orchestra. She has spent the past few summers as a fellow at the Aspen Music Festival and Spoleto Festival USA, and as a full scholarship recipient at the Eastern Festival of Music. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in violin performance from the Peabody Institute and is currently pursuing her Master’s at Peabody, studying under Herbert Greenberg.
