Elaina Gable is a young violinist passionate about preserving the emotional power of classical music through performance as a soloist as well as collaboratively as a chamber and orchestral musician. Through solo work and outreach concerts with various chamber ensembles, she aims to share her love for music by increasing access to quality classical performances in her community of Baltimore, Maryland. Most recently, Elaina co-founded the EPM Piano Trio, which successfully finished its first season last year and looks forward to even more ambitious programming this spring. With the Trio, she has performed at churches and retirement communities in every corner of Baltimore, showcasing staples of the chamber repertoire as well as premiering new works by young emerging composers.

Elaina is a dedicated solo player, having received the David and Karen Stahl Memorial Scholarship from the Charleston Symphony Orchestra League in 2022 and numerous summer study awards to date. In 2022, she performed the Sibelius Violin Concerto with the Charleston County School of the Arts Symphony Orchestra. Elaina has had the privilege of supplementing her musical studies with performance at numerous summer music festivals throughout the United States and France, including the Josef Gingold Chamber Music Festival, Green Mountain Chamber Music Festival, Bowdoin International Music Festival, Nelli Shkolnikova Academy, and Charleston Chamber Music Intensive, where she won first prize in the 2020 concerto competition.

An avid orchestral player, Elaina regularly performs with the Peabody Symphony Orchestra and the Peabody Concert Orchestra. During her high school years, she consistently won principal positions in the South Carolina All-State Orchestra and served as concertmaster of both the Charleston County School of the Arts orchestra and the Charleston Symphony Youth Orchestra.

Elaina is currently a Bachelor of Music candidate in Violin Performance at the Peabody Institute of Johns Hopkins University, studying under Herbert Greenberg.
